Connect your TalentHR account

Sign up to InfoVetted free, then go to Integrations in your dashboard. Select TalentHR (HRIS or ATS) and enter your API key. Upgrade to Check Lite (£6/month) to activate the sync.

Candidates and employees sync to InfoVetted

Your TalentHR employees (HRIS) and candidates (ATS) appear in InfoVetted automatically. No re-entering details you already have in TalentHR.

Select a candidate and choose their checks

In InfoVetted, select the candidate or employee you want to screen and choose which checks to run. Send the invitation — they complete their details via the InfoVetted portal, which displays your company name.

Results available in InfoVetted; push back for HRIS employees

Results appear in your InfoVetted dashboard with a full audit trail. For HRIS employees, push results and documents back to TalentHR with one click. For ATS candidates, results remain in your InfoVetted dashboard.

How to connect your integration

  1. Create your free InfoVetted account — no credit card required.
  2. Go to Integrations in your portal dashboard.
  3. Select your TalentHR and follow the connection wizard.
  4. Enter your TalentHR API key (found in TalentHR Settings → Integrations).
  5. Upgrade to Check Lite (£6/month) to activate the sync.
  6. Run your first check — select a candidate and choose a screening package.
