Connect your CharlieHR account

Sign up to InfoVetted free, then go to Integrations in your dashboard. Select CharlieHR and enter your API key (found in CharlieHR Settings → Integrations → API). Upgrade to Check Lite (£6/month) to activate the sync.

Your team syncs to InfoVetted

Your CharlieHR employees appear in InfoVetted automatically. No re-entering names, email addresses, or contact details.

Select an employee and choose their checks

In InfoVetted, select the employee you want to screen and choose which checks to run. Send the invitation — the candidate completes their details via the InfoVetted portal, which displays your company name.

Results in your InfoVetted dashboard

Check results appear in your InfoVetted dashboard with a full audit trail — timestamped and exportable for HR governance or compliance purposes.

How to connect your integration

  1. Create your free InfoVetted account — no credit card required.
  2. Go to Integrations in your portal dashboard.
  3. Select your HR system and follow the connection wizard.
  4. Enter your CharlieHR API key (found in CharlieHR Settings → Integrations → API).
