Once added as an app within Copilot Studio, the InfoVetted Candidate Vetting Agent can be customised and deployed across platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, or web chat. It engages users through natural language, allowing HR teams, recruiters, and compliance officers to initiate and manage background checks with simple prompts. The agent securely leverages API key authentication to access Infovetted’s services—verifying identities, checking employment history, conducting compliance screenings, and delivering detailed vetting reports.

Fully integrated with Power Automate, this AI Agent supports automated workflows, ensuring that background checks are initiated, tracked, and completed efficiently, with proactive notifications and streamlined reporting.
